Web Designer - Figma/Photoshop

Responsibilities : 1. Create a cohesive digital visual system for Company that integrates seamlessly across all digital platforms, consolidating fragmented product identities into a singular, distinctive aesthetic. 2. Optimise website designs for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across various devices and platforms. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure design integrity throughout the development process. 4. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas. 5. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in web design and bring those in your design. WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE: Experience & Portfolio : - 5 years of experience in the field of web design. - A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web design. Technical Skills & Efficiency : - Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Rive, and After Effects to create mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes. - Experience and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design languages and frameworks. - Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time and within budget. - Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver Communication & Ownership : - Exceptional communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders - Highly motivated and driven with a passion for creating impactful design (ref:hirist.tech)
