Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Execute automated and manual test scripts using Tosca Testing Tool to ensure the quality and performance of applications. - Work with various open-source tools like Appium, Perfecto Mobile, and Device Anywhere for mobile testing. - Define and design test cases for cross-browser compatibility and ensure seamless performance across different browsers and platforms. - Conduct performance testing to evaluate application responsiveness and stability under different load conditions. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure robust test coverage for functional, performance, and integration testing. - Familiarize with and apply Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for repetitive test execution and automation. - Report and track defects using appropriate defect management tools and follow up with development teams for timely resolution. - Adhere to the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) model to ensure consistent agile practices across the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements, timelines, and ensure test deliverables are met. - Perform basic SQL queries to validate data integrity and application behavior. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Certifications : AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2 certifications in Tosca are mandatory. - Experience : Proven experience in Tosca automation testing (3 years preferred). - Tools Knowledge : Experience with open-source testing tools like Device Anywhere, Appium, Perfecto Mobile. - SQL : Basic knowledge of SQL queries for database validation. - Performance Testing : Experience in performance testing tools and techniques to evaluate application performance. - RPA : Knowledge and hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). - Cross-browser Testing : Experience in designing and executing tests for cross-browser compatibility. - Agile Practices : Awareness of SAFe model and agile methodologies.
