The KBB - Kulturveranstaltungen des Bundes in Berlin GmbH - forms the common foundation for three cultural institutions that provide impetus: the Berlin International Film Festival, the Haus der Kulturen der Welt and the Berliner Festspiele with the Festspielhaus and its exhibition venue, the Gropius Bau. IT project management employee (f/m/d) FULL-TIME Hybrid Berlin With professional experience KBB IT is a small team with great responsibility. From basic infrastructure and data center operation to the development of special software, we cover the entire IT needs of "our" cultural institutions. The IT team is looking for the next possible date for a Employee IT Project Management (f/m/d) The full-time position is permanent. Your tasks with us - shape, contribute, participate. Implementation of IT projects in the area of web and business applications in collaboration with the specialist departments, service providers and the specialist IT team Setting up and managing agile processes in the project Developing, optimizing, adapting and operating the supported applications to the needs of the specialist departments while adhering to budgets and timings as well as strategic guidelines Ensuring the training of KBB employees and the provision of "living" manuals with the cooperation of the specialist departments Market research for make-or-buy decisions, including obtaining and checking offers Creation of service descriptions as part of preparations for awarding contracts and support for the entire awarding process by the IT department Drafting and managing contracts with service providers in compliance with procurement and data protection regulations Our requirements - what you need. Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, management and digitalization, industrial engineering or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in project management of complex IT projects Flexible and confident handling of project management, in particular agile processes, backlog planning, sprint or Kanban board, roadmaps, control of communication and exchange formats Experienced use of tools such as Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence and Office products desirable Knowledge of methods for capturing requirements, prioritizing tasks via epics, user stories, use cases and a basic understanding of process analysis/optimization Previous knowledge of relational databases/SQL advantageous Ideally knowledge of ERP systems Communicative flair for taking up requirements from the specialist departments in order to develop solutions together with the project team and document them in a process-oriented manner Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach Structured, independent and appreciative way of working Sensitivity to the special needs of a non-profit cultural institution Welcome to us - What we offer.
