Job Description

Duties: Creating and configuring of MS Excel sheets relating to project offers. Creating and updating of MS Word documents relating to project offers. Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes required for project offers. Liaising with engineers and project teams to obtain information from site inspections Creating and co-ordinating project handover documentation. Assisting with the creation of MS Excel spreadsheets to improve the efficiency of project costings and offers. Keeping file structures up to date. Adhoc tasks Requirements: High degree in computer literacy in MS Office. Excellent MS Excel and Word skills. Very good verbal and written communication skills. Pro-active work ethic Willingness to learn and grow. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Goal driven
