Job Description

Responsibilities: Taking orders and addressing product queries Handling complaints by actively listening to customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and implementing solutions to improve customer experience and loyalty Engaging with new customers and nurturing relationships with loyal clients through proactive follow-ups to drive repeat business Managing the customer services team Constant liaison and contact with warehousing and logistics to follow up on the delivery of orders Requirements Proven experience in customer service and management roles Experience using the Fresh Desk computer program (Advantageous) Clear and articulate English accent, easily understood by UK clients Work experience either in or with the UK (Beneficial) UK working hours. 10am-6pm during winter and 11am -7pm during our summer Work all non-coinciding public holidays, with UK public holidays off Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
