Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the restaurants standards. Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen and ensure timely, high-quality production. Help in the creation of new dishes and seasonal menus alongside senior chefs. Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are met. Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering and rotation of ingredients. Support senior chefs in maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role. Formal culinary training is a plus but not required. Passion for cooking and a desire to grow in a professional kitchen. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
