Finance Manager (CIMA)

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations and reporting processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX regulations. Manage foreign exchange (Forex) activities and mitigate risk associated with international transactions. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Deliver high-quality financial analysis, reports, and forecasts to meet strict deadlines. Manage the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide strategic financial support to the senior leadership team to drive decision-making and business growth. Requirements: Full CIMA qualified with 10-15 years of experience in finance, ideally within a manufacturing setting. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with US GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance, and financial controls. Proven experience in managing foreign exchange (Forex) transactions and risks. Strong background in staff management, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team. Experience working with strict deadlines and a proven ability to prioritize and meet financial reporting timelines.
