A globally renowned bank expanding into the Namibian market is looking for a visionary Team Lead - Innovation & Strategy to drive customer experience and operational excellence. If you're a creative leader with a passion for turning bold ideas into impactful solutions, this is your chance to make your mark What Youll Be Driving: Lead a team of innovators to transform ideas into cutting-edge products and process improvements. Collaborate across departments to integrate innovative solutions into core banking operations. Design and execute a dynamic innovation roadmap focused on technology, customer-centric solutions, and operational excellence. Stay ahead of trends and leverage emerging technologies. Lead brainstorming sessions to inspire creative, out-of-the-box thinking. Champion new technologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Align innovation initiatives with the banks vision to drive business outcomes. Use data analytics and user feedback to guide decision-making. Who You Are: A forward-thinker with a Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Graphic Design, or related fields ( bonus for a Masters in IT ). 5 years of experience in innovation, product development, or similar roles. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions. A data-driven innovator with a creative approach to strategic execution. A Namibian citizen or permanent resident with a passion for innovation.
