You’ll lead the charge in managing multiple impactful projects within the dynamic payments and Postilion systems landscape. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project delivery, and exceeding expectations. What You’ll Do Define project scopes in collaboration with management and sales teams. Craft detailed project plans, align activities, and allocate resources for success. Develop timelines and adapt schedules to meet dynamic project demands. Track deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Partner with technical engineers and developers to bring solutions into test and production environments. Provide comprehensive project documentation and regular progress updates. Monitor project quality and ensure alignment with established goals. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management. Proven track record in managing diverse projects, particularly in payments. Functional understanding of Postilion systems. Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail and excellent time management. A collaborative mindset to foster teamwork across departments. Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure without missing deadlines.
