Business Process Analyst

Industrial Engineer - Johannesburg This Business Process Analyst will focus on evaluating, improving, and streamlining the company's processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Key Performance Areas: Identify inefficiencies: Analyse current processes to find areas for improvement, such as bottlenecks or areas that don't achieve strategic goals Develop new processes: Work with teams to create new procedures, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders: Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned on proposed changes Conduct assessments: Perform process audits and performance assessments to ensure processes are effective Provide training: Train and support team members on new technologies Create reports: Generate reports based on analysis and present findings to clients and senior management Identify risks: Work with project managers and accounting teams to identify and monitor risks in processes Requirements: Completed B Degree in Industrial Engineering Prior experience in warehousing an advantage Excellent communication skill Advanced computer / systems experience
