Job Title: IT - Senior Business Process Analyst: Export Control Location: Netherlands Salary: To be discussed in the Interview Vacancy Type: Full-Time Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis, with a focus on export control or compliance. Knowledge of Export Control Regulations: Strong understanding of export control laws, including EAR, ITAR, and other international trade regulations. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field. Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken). Beneficial requirements: Relevant certifications in export control or compliance are a plus. Technical Skills: Experience with IT systems integration, business intelligence tools, and process automation. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Duties and responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, business analysis, and export control regulations, playing a key role in ensuring our company complies with all relevant export control laws. Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze current business processes related to export control and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs for IT systems supporting export control operations. System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize systems and tools for export control compliance. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that export control processes are fully compliant with both international regulations and internal company policies. Training and Support: Provide training to team members and stakeholders on export control processes and best practices, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
