AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY ESSENTIAL Requirements National Diploma Quality Management or Engineering qualification Trained Auditor ISO 9001;2015; IATF 16949:2016 & VDA 6.3:2016 advantage Experiences Minimum 3 years working experience in a simular role using IATF 16949. Tier 1 OEM (ford e.g) Automotive manufacturing experience. Experience in writing procedure and compiling monthly reports. Experience in using roots cause analyses tools. Clear understanding of PPAP, VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949:2016 and Auditing. Conduct MSA studies Key Performance Areas Systems and Process Compliance Risk Management Information Management & Direction Focus Management of Quality at Source Business Management People Management Quality Management Quality Control Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
