Vehicle Workshop Manager

Requirements: Minimum 5 years post qualification experience. 3 Years in a workshop management / supervisory role, with a proven leadership track record. Previous OEM experience will be an advantage. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Motivate the workshop team of Technicians and Service Advisers (20 people) to achieve the budgeted productivity hours. Comply with all OEM standards (Isuzu, Stellantis and Subaru). Maintain work in progress, Cash Sales and NPS/CSI within benchmarks. Assist with resolving customer queries.
