Collections Agent - Debt Review

Debt Review Collections Agent Job Description: Responsibilities: Respond promptly to incoming queries from clients. Ensure accurate information is captured in the systems (Tracker and ADA). Verify the completeness of the clients file to prevent future issues. Address any incomplete files or issues promptly or escalate them to your supervisor. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their payments. Handle queries received through various channels (phone, email, in-person). Handle objections from clients intending to cancel the program. Resolve queries comprehensively to retain clients. Collect outstanding documents from clients (e.g., ID and payment records). Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with debt review software (e.g., Finwise). Experience in customer service and sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual skills are advantageous.
