Key Responsibilities: Manage reservations and bookings efficiently, ensuring a smooth guest experience. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their inquiries and needs. Be a team player, stepping in and assisting in other areas of the business as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The Ideal Candidate: Mature and experienced in the front office environment, with a focus on guest relations.
