Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Achieve a constant reasonable growth rate (within reasonable seasonal parameters) within the following areas: Entirely new customers Consumption of existing customers Key Account development Managing & achieving sales volumes, targets & KPI's Build long-term business relationships. Negotiating sales/pricing Ensuring customer satisfaction Traveling to various customers daily in the Southern Suburbs. General admin duties Requirements: Culinary Experience or Qualification would count in your favour. Well presentable Able to talk on a technical level about food. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the FMCG industry. Computer literate Strong planning and organisational skills Excellent sales track record Work well under pressure Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English, Own transport and a valid driver's license The package on offer: R25 000.00 Basic Salary R3000.00 Travel Allowance Commission (variable) R1000-9000 on achievement of agreed targets   Business Fuel Paid A laptop and cell phone provided     Old Mutual pension Fund 5% employer / 5 % employee contribution after completion of 3 months probation 20% staff discount
