Responsibilities Define incident and service request classification schemes. Record, classify, and prioritize requests and incidents. Verify, approve, and fulfill service requests. Investigate, diagnose, and allocate incidents. Resolve and recover from incidents. Close service requests and incidents. Track status and produce reports. Key Skills Needed Communication Business Acumen Planning & Organising Administrative Diligence Policy Adherence Basic Computer Skills Competency in MS Office Office Management Requirements Matric. Qualification in Information Technology Computer Science or Information Systems. South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34. Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
