Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications: Currently studying towards a Human Resources qualification Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR support role, handling at least 100 employees Computer literate proficient in Word and Excel Previous experience with Visio , ERS Biometrics , and Afiswitch is advantageous Strong understanding of labour laws (BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA) Excellent administration skills Strong coordination , recruitment , and training skills Effective conflict management skills Key Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited to): Perform recruitment functions Coordinate and complete appointments for permanent, fixed-term, and casual employees Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees, covering HR practices Monitor and manage attendance reporting and shift schedules (ERS system) Capture and report on overtime and leave administration Administer payroll (new engagements, increases, movements, terminations, etc.) Track and control key task administration Capture macro information for payroll submission Administer documentation related to injuries on duty Record and track internal, cross-functional, external, and succession training Manage employee exit process Maintain payroll and employee record filing APPLY NOW Simone Duvenhage
