Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting functions across all company accounts and trusts. Conduct detailed analysis and reporting on production costs for agricultural products. Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement cost control strategies. Reconcile financial transactions linked to operational expenses. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and statements. Support budgeting and forecasting activities for operational costs. Provide management with accurate financial data and actionable insights. Stay informed on industry trends and regulations related to agricultural accounting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Passion for agriculture with a desire to grow in the farming industry.
