Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Grade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageous Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint proficient Have a strong financial background with knowledge of Xero accounting Systems will include Hire & Serve (Logistics), Xero (accounting), Webfleet (vehicles) ERS (staff logins) The ability to manage clients confidently in a fast-growing company Leadership skills and be bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Preferably some knowledge of the waste management/ recycling industry DUTIES General administration duties for all sectors within the office. Financial management involving debtors, creditors, invoicing & reconciliations. Assist with staff get together and functions when required Liaising closely with the GM and Operations managers Assisting with requirements and diary management for Managers Managing the filing systems Drafting of correspondence and documentation requirements. Liaising telephonically with clients, answering enquiries and solving queries Sales and Client liaison to ensure a seamless process for clients Follow up with clients from start to end of their process requirements ensuring the best customer service Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
