Job Description

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Vendor Statement Reconciliations: Conduct continuous reconciliations of vendor statements.

  • GRNI Analysis: Ensure only current receipts are not vouched.

  • Advance Payments Reconciliation: Reconcile advances paid to suppliers and reclassify amounts once inventory or services are received.

  • Month-End Closing: Prepare assigned month-end closing activities, including reconciling the accounts payable module with general ledger balances and intercompany balances.

  • AP Aging Review: Continuously review AP Aging to ensure timely invoice approval and reduce manual invoice register tracking.

  • AP Statistics and Reporting: Prepare AP statistics and lead monthly calls with local organizations.

  • Error Resolution: Proactively solve processing errors in your area of responsibility. If errors are due to human error, address them; if they are system-related, work with IT to resolve.

  • Documentation and Training: Document work instructions and train personnel.

  • Data Preparation: Prepare data for internal and external analysis projects, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Audit Collaboration: Collaborate with auditors and prepare data in a timely manner.

  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest recommendations and ideas for continuous process improvements.


WYMAGANIA: Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable with a broad scope of responsibilities (invoice processing, vendor payments, taxes, month-end closing, and reporting).

  • Electronic Banking: Knowledge of electronic banking.

  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with integrated ERP systems (PLEX, XA/AS400, IFS, Coupa, and others).

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.

  • Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
