Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Job Description : We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to join our engineering team. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems using Python and React. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the development of full-stack applications using Python and React - Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements - Develop and maintain high-quality, readable, and well-documented code - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in full-stack applications - Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Python and React Requirements : - 5 years of experience with full-stack development using Python and React - Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming - Experience with React, including components, state management, and routing - Knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB - Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
