AI Research Engineer

Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Research AI Engineer to drive cutting-edge AI solutions for our organization. Responsibilities : Research and Development : - Conduct extensive research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, algorithms, and methodologies. - Conceptualize, design, and develop novel AI applications and solutions to address business needs and drive innovation. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for AI implementation and optimization. - Prototype and validate AI models, algorithms, and applications - Contribute to the development of best practices, guidelines, and standards for AI application development and deployment within the organization. Qualifications and Skills : - Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - Proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful AI solutions in a corporate or research environment - Publication record in top-tier NLP/AI conferences/journals or/and patent authors - Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in AI development, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
