UiPath Developer - RPA Tools

Job Description : Primus Software Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level UiPath Developer to join our team and contribute to delivering innovative automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Experience : 3-6 years. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve business processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identifying areas suitable for automation. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process diagrams, technical specifications, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and business users, ensuring adherence to UiPath best practices. - Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of automation workflows to guarantee reliability, accuracy, and scalability. - Manage production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to minimize operational disruptions. - Monitor bot performance, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. - Stay updated on UiPath platform enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of tasks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, security, and compliance, to maintain alignment with organizational standards and policies. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-6 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing UiPath automation workflows. - Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Knowledge of RPA best practices, including exception handling, error logging, and scalability. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Familiarity with database queries (SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
