Software Engineer - MERN Stack Development

We're looking to expand our team with a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to contribute to the development of our exciting projects. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Design and implement responsive user interfaces with React.js to ensure a seamless user experience. - Work with Node.js to build server-side applications and APIs, integrating with databases, front-end systems, and third-party services. - Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and query performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, QA engineers, project managers) to deliver high-quality features within project deadlines. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, improving the overall performance of the application. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and team collaboration. - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement new features and tools as needed. Requirements : - 2 years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in similar full-stack web development roles. - Proficient in React.js, including hooks, context API, and component-based architecture. - Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js for building RESTful APIs and back-end services. - Experience working with MongoDB, including data modeling, aggregations, and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with front-end tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.) and version control systems (Git). - Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first web development. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of agile development methodologies and ability to work effectively within a team. Preferred Skills : - Experience with TypeScript is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization (Docker). - Knowledge of front-end state management libraries like Redux. - Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) for both front-end and back-end development. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
