Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : i. Troubleshooting related to routers ii. Worked on various Tools iii. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically iv. Advise user on appropriate action v. Research questions using available information resources vi. Redirect problems to correct resource vii. Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledge base. viii. Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents/requests to upstream technical groups Skills Required : i. Good Knowledge about various devices, operating systems, COTs, VPNs, VOIP, Peripheral Devices etc. and in managing troubleshoots related to it ii. Good Knowledge about Remote handling iii. Good communication skills. iv. Good multitasking skills v. Ability to handle pressure vi. Good Problem-Solving Skills vii. Good customer handling skills. viii. Ability to provide output in different situations. ix. Time Management (ref:hirist.tech)
