Role : Lead - Data Science Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai Mode : Work from Office Job Description : As a Lead Data Scientist at GeBBS, you will spearhead advanced NLP and machine learning projects, developing methodologies and innovative solutions to address complex technical, analytical, and operational challenges. Key Responsibilities : - Drive the development of cutting-edge NLP/LLM and deep learning models. - Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to achieve project goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. Requirements : Experience : - 4 years in data science, preferably in product development with a focus on NLP/LLMs or deep learning. - 2 years in leading or mentoring data science teams. Technical Expertise : - Proficiency in Python or other programming languages. - Hands-on experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. - In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, probability, and experimental design. - Advanced experience in NLP techniques (e.g., sentiment analysis, word embeddings, NER, text classification, machine translation, NLG, and speech recognition). - Proficiency in building and training deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs). - Familiarity with LMs and LLMs such as GPT, BERT, and Transformer models. Skills : - Strong ability to implement AI research papers and keep up with NLP advancements. - Expertise in working with structured and unstructured data for information extraction and knowledge representation. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
