Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Application Developer specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud to design, build, and configure applications tailored to meet business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in Salesforce Service Cloud and proven experience in application development. Responsibilities : - Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet business objectives. - Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to align with business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure adherence to development best practices and Salesforce guidelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. - Provide technical support and documentation for developed applications. - Maintain application performance and scalability for optimal user experience.
