As the Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for the functions outlined below:
Essential Functions:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to enable the Product Strategy Manager to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Aggregate internal and external data sources into a single source of truth
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track market performance and deliver to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Digital Analytics to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to aid in the forecast of market trends, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and sentiment to gauge brand awareness & perception in order to enable the business to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Product Strategy Manager in preparing presentations, reports, and business cases for senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market dynamics, and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.
- Participates in the company’s efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
- Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment while creating a positive work environment.
- Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field and 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, or related roles and/or equivalent combinations of education and experience sufficient to carry out the duties of this role.
- Proficiency with dashboarding and data analysis tools such as Powerbi, Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive towards actionable insights.
- Ability to plan and prioritize projects based on highest impact & highest value based on strategic priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, web analytics tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working around firearms. Experience within the firearms industry is a plus

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting and bending throughout the workday.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, to include working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
