Job Description

Our client is looking for an HR Administrator based in Paterson and Addo. Key Performance Areas of this position include: - Responsible for maintaining and updating staff files - Minute taking at hearings and other forum meetings - Co-ordinating training in conjunction with external training providers - Capturing all training completed for WSP purposes - Assisting HODs with setting up shortlists and interviews for recruitment - Capture leave and other payroll info on Sage People 300 - Answer minor HR queries and confirmation of employment queries - Assist with generating UIF forms - To liaise with HR manager to report anomalies, variances and new ideas for improvements Minimum criteria required: - Relevant Diploma or Degree SDF course - Min 2 years' experience in a similar position Competencies required: - English - Well Spoken - Xhosa speaking is an advantage - knowledge of Cathsseta online system for annual WSP as our SDF is advantageous - knowledge of Sage People 300 payroll is advantageous - Computer literate on MS office suite - Good communication and inter-personal skills - Drivers Licence - Basic knowledge of BCEA, LRA, SDA and EEA Should you not receive any response within 2 weeks please consider your application unsuccessful
