Pest Control Officer

My client is a leading provider of pest control services in Upington, committed to delivering effective and environmentally responsible pest control solutions to clients. We are seeking a qualified Pest Control Officer to join their team and contribute to their continued success. Minimum requirements: Qualified Pest Control Officer with relevant certification Minimum 1 year Pest Control Experience Valid driver’s licence Structural pest control skills course with Pest Control Industries Training Academy Valid P Number Knowledge of various pest control methods and techniques Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer service skills Duties and responsibilities will include: Work to company standards by completing tickets on time at all client’s sites Ensure the service and information is scanned and documented on the Pest Management System Provide a professional and comprehensive service in line with SOP’s Complete daily treatments reports and ensure IPM file is maintained and updated after each service Obtain clients signature after service is completed Document proofing and housekeeping requirements Document all units missing or broken Supervise and teach PCO assistants and Interns in line with SOP and client’s scope of work and/or HACCP standards as required Take care of company vehicle and equipment Report all broken equipment on site and in use to deliver service Advise office of problems with vehicle and/or repairs required Apply and implement all safety standard Build professional relationships with all stakeholders Carry out all reasonable tasks other than what is stated above IMPORTANT: Applications close 13 December 2024 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform, will be considered Only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted No social media messages / comments will be responded to If you have not received feedback within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful Please visit our official platforms for accurate information on all available positions
