Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Automation Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects related to automating various business processes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, innovation, and learning how automation can enhance operational efficiency. You will be collaborating with a team of engineers and specialists, gaining hands-on experience in the field of automation, and learning how to apply automation tools and software in real-world environments. Responsibilities and Duties Assist in the design, development, and testing of automation scripts and workflows. Work with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Selenium, etc.) to help automate repetitive tasks and improve business processes. Analyse and troubleshoot existing automation processes and recommend improvements. Assist with data extraction, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency in automated workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and suggest viable solutions. Support the integration of automation systems with other internal tools and platforms. Document automation processes, best practices, and lessons learned. Participate in team meetings and present progress on automation projects. Desired Experience & Qualification Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Selenium is a plus, but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills. Attention to detail and a passion for process improvement. Preferred Skills: Experience with version control tools like Git. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and DevOps practices is a plus. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles. Previous internship or project experience in automation or software development is a bonus.
