Candidate Requirements: Relevant Degree or Diploma would be highly advantageous Experience working in a 5 lodge environment is essential It is essential to have knowledge and experience in lodge operations Previous experience managing a 60 bed lodge is essential Knowledge of front-of-house operations Must have good communication and interpersonal skills Must have strong administration skills Must have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team Have excellent attention to detail and be able to take initiative Must be able to work independently Have a passion for the hospitality and tourism industry Have excellent organisational skills This is a live-in position
