Job Description

Minimum requirements: General Management: Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure a steady supply of eggs. Direct and coordinate hatchery activities , including hatching and sorting. Prepare hatching schedules based on customer orders and forecasts. Maintain all relevant hatchery records and arrange for necessary supplies. Prepare regular reports on hatchery activities. Assign tasks to workers and monitor equipment for proper functioning. Ensure hatchery hygiene and compliance with regulations. People Management: Develop the competencies of subordinates through training. Manage the performance and disciplinary actions of the team. Ensure efficient human resources administration . Performance Dimensions: Provide strong leadership and effective communication . Exhibit excellent planning and organizational skills . Maintain a focus on customer service and adaptability . Take initiative and perform thorough analysis for decision-making. Manage stress effectively and maintain high energy levels . Ensure high-quality work standards and delegate tasks effectively.
