Job Description

Duties: Assist guests with check in Manage the rooms This position is responsible for creating an atmosphere that will inspire guests and associates to return through the dedicated care of public spaces, quality, organization and speed. The individual will instil a strong atmosphere of service excellence in order to promote self-motivation and will redirect performance as soon as discrepancies are observed/experienced from the perspective of the Lodge Services Manager. This position will coordinate and oversee all aspects of professionally cleaning public areas, lodges, restrooms, employee areas, and all areas needed to present a manicured touch on all of our resort building assets. Requirements: Hospitality qualification would be an advantage Willing to work weekends Matric Drivers License Previous experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry Fluent in English and Afrikaans
