Design Modeller (MEP)

Key Responsibilities: Create detailed MEP design models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and architects, to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in generating technical drawings, diagrams, and documentation for construction and design teams. Support senior designers and engineers by providing model updates and revisions based on project feedback. Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and quality control procedures. Requirements: Diploma/bachelors degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in BIM modelling and MEP design, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Proficiency in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit, for MEP modelling. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modelling and documentation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
