At YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP we are now seeking an experienced Facility Manager to supervise our Facility Management team, superseding our Zola Predosa Offices and Interporto Studios and Distribution Center, both located in province of Bologna. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Bentivoglio (BO), Interporto Team size: 2 direct reports consultants Reporting into: Global Digital Production Director Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: Manage Facility services for the sites of Zola Predosa and Interporto DC in Bologna, verifying that the activities are carried out in compliance with the reference standards and regulatory constraints in force. Ensure the functioning and efficiency of the buildings by implementing new solutions to optimize expenses. Manage the relationships with external providers in relation to a broad range of aspects (contracts, services provision, quality control, etc.). Supervise Facility audits and scout reliable suppliers for maintenance activities and projects. Coordinate external technicians, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided. Liaise with the HSE team to evaluate and coordinate on the resolution of technical issues about environmental, health and safety matters. Support in the supervision and management of activities related to energy management within the Company. Management of the Facility team, fostering proactivity, continuous improvement and efficiency in all activities. Coach and mentor your team, focusing on their career development and professional growth. The type of person we are looking for: Preferred master’s degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering). Experience in development of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Experience in facility audits. Experience in facility management or in HSE team in big-size companies. Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aimed at finding the right solution to specific business problems. Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite.
