Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team Professional management of calendars and appointment coordination Organize and prepare meetings, including follow-up tasks Plan and book business trips Procure services using the SAP-Ariba procurement tool Your Profile: Completed commercial training or equivalent Professional experience in a similar position is advantageous Fluent in English, both written and spoken (MUST) Any additional language is an advantage Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook Solid experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams (MUST) SAP knowledge is an advantage As a part-time (50%) Team Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our dynamic team with various administrative tasks and significantly contribute to the efficient organization of our daily office routine.
