Job Description

Minimum Job Requirements: Matric (with Accounting) essential (non-neg). Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance. Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in accounting/financial field. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Competencies: Strong administration skills. Attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Key Performance Areas: Allocate receipts and balance daily. Pass Credit Notes for every claim received. Resolve all queries with respective division. Process invoices and Delivery Adds on the system. Investigate pricing and pass credit notes. Compile invoice schedules for distribution. Prepare the Debtors weekly report for the Executives. Perform admin duties for Finance department.
