The role of a Group Distribution & Revenue Manager particularly in a high-end or luxury hospitality setting, demands a unique set of personality traits to ensure excellence in finance and effective leadership, such as attention to detail, leadership and most importantly, passion for what they do Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Distribution & Revenue Manager to lead and optimize revenue strategies across their portfolio of luxury properties. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative distribution and revenue strategies. Optimize room inventory and pricing across multiple channels. Lead the integration of revenue management tools for enhanced forecasting. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to boost performance. Provide leadership and guidance to property-based revenue managers. What We're Looking For: 5 years of experience in revenue management and distribution. Proven track record in maximizing revenue in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of online booking platforms. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
