Are you a driven sales professional looking for an opportunity to drive your financial growth? You will be set up for success with our hands-on training and a guaranteed bonus of $1000 per month for the first 90 days.
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales, increasing billed revenue, and new patients/customers. Continuity between the patients, clinics, community, physician practice, and the home setting to maximize patient satisfaction with services is key to the success of this position. The focus will be on obtaining, processing, and completing orders accurately and timely to ensure patient needs are met.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively working through a high volume of inbound/outbound calls using our existing patient base.
- Obtains all required information and medical documentation to ensure complete, accurate, and timely processing of supply program orders.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA.
Competency, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to present, sell, and close customer transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree from an accredited college is preferred.
- One (1) year of work related to healthcare, sales, health insurance, customer services, or management regardless of industry.
