Pay Rate:
$19.95 -Bachelor's level
$21.63 -Master's level

Job Purpose: As a Court Liaison at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions in order to properly evaluate patients to determine appropriate State Hospital placement.

Job Functions

  • Preparing transfer evaluation for court as prescribed by the Baker Act Law for proper signature
  • Monitoring admission process and all that it entails
  • Monitoring exparte orders
  • Preparing and filing all petitions for involuntary placement, monitoring for change of status and notifying court via correct CF-MF form
  • Attending Baker Act hearings twice weekly
  • Locating and training guardian advocates
  • Processing proper form in timely manner prior to court date and delivering daily CF-MF forms to Orange County Courthouse
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)

  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a human services field required
