Description:
The FI Intake Coordinator position of works regularly with internal as well as external contacts.
The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multi-step processes and prioritization of tasks.
Essential Functions
- Processing FI paperwork into Enrollment Module and Access Databases
- Printing FI paperwork (PDFs)
- Logging & reviewing FI paperwork
- Obtain EINS from the IRS website
- Make address changes
- Manage reports generated from the Enrollment module
- Preparation of 2678 letters to the IRS
- Provide analysis of software performance and provide suggestions and/or results
- Report all suspected incidents of consumer abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC)
- All other duties assigned by the Intake Supervisor

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
