FedEx Delivery Associate / Driver

*Salary: *$170/day plus Bonuses *to start* with an opportunity for up to $200/day with FedEx delivery experience, exceptional performance/safety/attendance and tenure.

*Responsibilities:*

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Safely and efficiently operate a company-provided delivery vehicle (typically a cargo van or truck) to transport packages from the Manitowoc terminal to residential and commercial locations majorly in or around *Fond Du Lac* and the surrounding areas including *Malone, Eden and Oakfield.*
* Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while optimizing efficiency.
* Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Handle packages with care, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded to prevent damage.
* Utilize scanning technology and electronic devices to track and record delivery information.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle.
* Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle.

*Qualifications:*
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Lift up to 150 pounds with hand trunk/forklift or physically lift up to 50 Lbs boxes.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Familiarity with GPS devices and mapping applications.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is preferred.
