A manufacturing company that partners heavily with the Aerospace industry is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator who will be the main point of contact for Epicor implementation and migration project across various departments. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and functionality of key Epicor modules, including Inventory/Finance, BOM/Scheduling, Work Orders/Planning, Purchase Orders, and Project Management. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing data migration from the current ERP system to Epicor, ensuring smooth integration, and ensuring all teams have the necessary support for a seamless transition.


This employee will be responsible for transferring current data on Excel and ERP to Epicor. The project is expected to last for 9 months but could extend to 12 months. This opportunity requires someone who is very knowledgeable in Epicor and has experience with handling and migrating large datasets.


Position - Project Coordinator


Pay - $25/hr. - $33/hr. (depending on overall qualification and tenure following requirements below)


Location - Spokane Valley, WA


Schedule - 4x10s (Monday - Thursday; Friday Off) Standard Morning Shift


Responsibilities:




  • Project Coordination:




  • Assist in managing the timeline, tasks, and resources necessary for the successful implementation of Epicor ERP.




  • Serve as the main point of contact for Epicor software implementation across various departments.




  • Collaborate with stakeholders from each department to ensure alignment on goals, requirements, and milestones.




  • Monitor project progress and report status to leadership, highlighting any risks or issues that may impact timelines.




  • Epicor Module Implementation:




  • Coordinate the setup and configuration of key Epicor modules.




  • Work closely with department leads to ensure each module is tailored to their specific needs and workflows.




  • Help ensure successful testing, training, and go-live of each module, with a focus on troubleshooting any issues and ensuring full functionality.




  • Data Migration:




  • Lead efforts to migrate relevant data from the existing ERP system to Epicor, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.




  • Coordinate with IT and departmental teams to identify key data points and determine migration strategy.




  • Perform quality checks and validation of migrated data to ensure it aligns with business requirements.




  • Training and Support:




  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.




  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users during the implementation phase.




  • Documentation and Reporting:




  • Generate regular reports on project status, challenges, and milestones to keep leadership informed.




Must Haves (Non-negotiables):


This position requires Epicor expertise and comfortability of handling and migrating large datasets (non-negotiable)


We're not considering relocation at this time and will be reviewing local applicants to Spokane Valley, WA




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).




  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, within ERP software implementations or IT systems.




  • Familiarity with Epicor ERP modules.




  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.




  • Demonstrated experience in data migration, including working with large datasets and ensuring accuracy and integrity.




  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.




  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.




  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify issues and work towards solutions.




Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.

Pay and Benefits


The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
