Information Technology Support Specialist-Tom Wood Group

Tom Wood Group in Indianapolis, IN is on the hunt for a tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team and power the technology that drives us forward.

The ideal candidate will be an IT professional, passionate about tech, with strong communication skills, who loves to dive in and solve problems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide network technical support to ensure seamless operations across all systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop computer hardware and software issues.
• Manage day-to-day IT systems, including network infrastructure and user support.
• Perform light administrative duties within Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions and improve system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Network Infrastructure Support Experience and a strong understanding of networking principles.
• Help Desk Support Experience, with proven success in resolving user issues.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Fortinet systems.
• Microsoft Office 365 experience, including administration and user management.
• CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
