Join us and let's Imagine a better way together. Position Summary: Director of IT - Product Manager to help drive flagship applications. In this role, you will own the customer experience of our B2B application as well as the complete Production Workflow Platform (comprised of multiple applications). You will partner closely with leadership to develop the product strategies, own the roadmap, and drive customer value through our technology systems. You will closely coordinate with our IT, Sales/Marketing and Operations Teams to understand the business goals, design, coordinate, and incorporate features into the Imagine Technology Platforms. The Director of IT - Product Management will report to the Chief Information Officer. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Work closely with Product Managers, BAs, and senior leadership to create and maintain a product backlog according to business values, objectives, and feature ROI. Plan and prioritize product feature backlogs, assist with product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities, and forward-looking innovation projects. Document product requirements, user stories, defects and others by providing detailed acceptance criteria, descriptions, and definitions and answering questions when additional clarification is needed. Ensure that the product team has adequate tasks groomed and ready to pull into development. Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize features to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with the product strategy. Take the lead on product release planning, coordination, and training including documentation updates and coordinating education and training for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Support. Assist senior leadership team as needed with market research, industry trends, competitive analysis, user research and the maintenance of both tactical and strategic roadmaps. Verify completion of new features and their readiness to release to customers. Coordinate beta test efforts and the resulting test feedback. Use various customer (internal and external) feedback channels to continually drive customer driven enhancements into products. Work closely with technical sales, support, and engineers to assist in managing and resolving customer escalations as needed. Conduct surveys, in-person interviews, focus groups to identify highly desired product features or enhancements. Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent experience. 10+ years of IT, Software Development, and Product Manager experience. Previous experience with Cloud/SaaS-based software products. SaaS product delivery end-to-end experience. Strong written and spoken communication skills including ability to effectively present to all levels of an organization, partners, and customers. Demonstrated ability to coordinate software projects across multiple engineering teams. Experience managing eCommerce Systems. Experience managing Print Production Workflow Systems. Experience working with On-Shore and Off-Shore development teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems. Preferred certification in product management coursework or degree Preferred masters degree in business administration Certification in product management and/or project management coursew rk Evidence of strong leadership skills and creativity Strong communications and interpersonal skills Great analytics and problem-solving skills Good organization and multitasking abilities Keen eye for details KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Must have proven experience in developing full product lifecycle management systems Preferred experience in technology and digital product development, including relevant tools Preferred experience with product management in the print and marketing industry Strong knowledge of print and marketing KPIs The national pay range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
