iTrust HCM is assisting our client in recruiting a Senior Chief Network Officer (CNO) position.

Position Overview

Senior CNO Developer to lead development team in designing, developing, and testing application software across multiple platforms. This role focuses on building applications using government-specified programming languages.
Location

• Onsite in Annapolis, Maryland
• This is a full-time, onsite position requiring an
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.required at time of hire

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field
• 6+ years programming experience with object-oriented languages
• 4+ years developing Windows applications using Visual Studio/.NET
• Proven experience in C/C++, C#, COM development in collaborative environments
• Knowledge of Windows vulnerabilities, exploit mitigations, bypasses
• Proficiency with Windows internals/APIs and security product evasion
• Experience with Wireshark, IDA Pro and/or Ghidra
• Software lifecycle management expertise

• Static and dynamic reverse engineering experience
• Vulnerability research background
• Binary analysis expertise
• Kernel programming knowledge
• Assembly language proficiency
• Network protocol analysis skills
• ACTP or other CNO Developer certification

• Lead development team
• Design and develop application software
• Implement complex programming solutions
• Conduct software testing and validation
• Manage software lifecycle processes
