About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll dive deep into our systems to uncover insights, resolve discrepancies, and ensure seamless alignment across critical platforms like SFDC/SMVX and S4. Your work will drive operational excellence and directly support key business functions. Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Clean and synchronize data across systems to eliminate discrepancies that impact service contract renewals.

Address and resolve Contract Line Item deviations between SFDC and S4.

Investigate and follow up on Service Contract Sync Errors for accurate updates.

Correct Contract Header Date Variances to maintain consistency.

Ensure Renewal Contract Pricing reflects up-to-date and accurate data.

Collaborate with Zone Operations Managers to monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) standard hours and ensure smooth contract renewals.

Expand your expertise to tackle broader data cleanup projects across service orders and service projects.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.

Hands-on experience with data systems, with familiarity in SFDC/SMVX and S4 being a strong advantage.

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate findings effectively.

Pay Details: $38.42 per hour
