Fullstack- Angular/JAVA

Client: Financial

Location: Newark, NJ - REMOTE 100%

Term: 18 months

Type: Contract

People with Financial experience with investment banks will be considered over all else.

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in building core financial trading/reporting systems in core Java and/or Python - Scala is plus
• 5+ years of Springboot framework-based REST API development experience - Apigee or equivalent API management is plus
• 5+ years of AngularJS font end development experience
• Docker or equivalent containerization experience is plus
• CI/CD with Jenkins or equivalent experience working with DevOps is plus
• AWS Cloud experience using services such as EMR, S3, EC2, ALB, Kinesis, Lambda, CloudWatch, Fargate - Hadoop / Spark is plus
• AWS Arora or Postgres experience
• AWS RedShift, SnowFlake or equivalent data warehouse experience is plus
• Basic SQL knowledge and Basic knowledge of working in Linux/Unix and Windows environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives both independently and within teams
• Proven ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment
• Clear communication and interpersonal skill
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field
